What we need from you:
  • Experience - You have 2+ years of Select Commercial Account Manager experience with small to mid-sized accounts
  • Licensed - You have your active Property & Casualty license
  • Knowledge - You are very knowledgeable of insurance products, markets, ratings, and underwriting procedures
  • Software – You are tech-savvy and familiar with agency management software, Microsoft Office, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare applications for submission with underwriting information provided by management
  • Work with Producers to provide binders of insurance and get approval for client sign-off
  • Check policies with submission, quotation, and proposals
  • Check endorsements against Account Executive requests
  • Follow up with Markets for quotations and issue auto ID cards
  • Check for any discrepancy b/w submission/quotation/proposal
  • Make any proposal changes and quotations from client meetings with the producer
  • Create the proposal booklets under the direction of the Account Executive
