In addition to managing active accounts, this position plays a key role in business development including conducting market research, identifying strategic recruitment targets for each performance year, supporting RFP responses, and preparing statements of work. This role requires strong <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">relationship-building</span> capabilities and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of internal and external <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">organizations—including</span> C-suite executives, Market Presidents, and regional leaders—to ensure successful outcomes and high client satisfaction.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Essential Job Functions</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Serves as a trusted advisor to key client accounts and members of the Population Health executive leadership team, fostering strategic alignment and long-term partnership value.</p></li><li><p>Builds and manages a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities, tracking progress, analyzing conversion rates, and providing regular updates to leadership on pipeline status and projected growth.</p></li><li><p>Leads the full lifecycle of partnership agreements, from initial drafting and negotiation through due diligence, execution, and <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">implementation—ensuring</span> alignment with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>Collaborates closely with implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new partners and successful execution of joint initiatives, including the development of integrated implementation plans.</p></li><li><p>Prepares executive-level presentations and strategic readouts, summarizing partnership performance, impact, key metrics, milestones, and challenges for senior leadership.</p></li><li><p>Supports enterprise-wide priorities by leading or contributing to special projects assigned by the Executive Leadership Team, with a focus on executing strategic and operational initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Partners with executive team members to: (1) develop and implement growth strategies aligned to client-specific short-, mid-, and long-term financial proformas; and (2) inform and strengthen sales and client retention efforts.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i>This document is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
