Our Commercial Organization Rotation Experience (CORE) program is a two-year, full-time rotational opportunity designed for ambitious professionals ready to grow their careers by gaining deep, practical experience across two essential pillars of our commercial organization: Field Sales and Product Marketing.

Over the course of two 12-month rotations, CORE participants will gain invaluable, real-world experience navigating the complexities of the biotech industry—from engaging healthcare professionals in the field to executing marketing plans that support innovative therapies.

  • Opportunities to work on high-impact activities with teams across sales and marketing
Starting from day one, participants will be introduced to the many nuances and complexities of our organization and asked to think creatively and independently. You’ll be supported by senior leaders and paired with mentors who will help guide your career growth.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Leading or contributing to cross-functional commercial projects and initiatives
  • Supporting strategic planning, data analysis, and field execution
  • Building strong partnerships both internally and externally
  • Executing and completing high-quality deliverables on time
What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master’s, PhD or PharmD from an accredited university OR
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of highly relevant Commercial experience (sales, marketing, value/patient access) and demonstrated scope/impact comparable to an advanced degree
  • Located in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High learning agility and demonstrated rapid skill acquisition in a new domain, role, or industry
  • Resourcefulness and comfort with ambiguity, with examples of independently initiating work, experimenting, and iterating responsibly
  • Ability to use data to inform recommendations, including in academic, internship, or early professional settings
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across teams, disciplines, or perspectives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exposure to sales, marketing, customer-facing, or revenue-impacting work, even through internships or project-based roles
  • Experience in life sciences or regulated, technical, or complex product environments
  • Curiosity and applied use of AI or digital tools to enhance insight generation, efficiency, or decision-making
  • Receptivity to regular coaching and feedback from others
  • Geographic flexibility to accommodate evolving corporate needs, goals, and objectives
  • Valid US driver’s license

The expected annualized salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is $100,000.00.
