Senior Business Analyst - English/Spanish - Full Remote

This is a remote position.

For an international organization, we are urgently looking for a REMOTE Senior Business Analyst with English and Spanish. Knowledge of Medical systems and process or health background is an advantage.  You will be required to facilitate the Analysis workshops and coordinate participation of relevant Business Process Owners (BPO) and the Subject Matter experts (SME).

This positions is long-term.  Candidates need to be based in Europe.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business functional requirements from relevant stakeholders and user community;
  • Evaluate existing business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify areas for improvement. Provide inputs to improve business process and data quality;
  • Facilitate Analysis workshops for ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies;
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports;
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management;
  • Prepare the necessary Documentation and Presentations for various Project workshops;
  • Design/redesign solutions for business functional requirements in consultation with relevant technical and development team;
  • Assist development and technical teams during solution development and monitor and report progress;
  • Prepare end-to-end business scenarios for user testing, compile user test results, and obtain formal sign-off from users on the business solution;
  • Participate in the preparation and implementation of new system releases and participate in Change Management activities to deploy enhancements and/or modifications to the system;
  • Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

Profile:

  • Master’s degree in Medical field, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a Social Sciences or a related field from an accredited academic institution; or University degree in the above fields with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application/ operational requirements.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills;
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts;
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions;
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
  • Excellent documentation skills and experience supporting successful projects;
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations;
  • Certification on PRINCE2 methodology of project management an advantage;
  • Knowledge of Medical systems and process or health background highly desirable;
  • Excellent written and spoken English;
  • Knowledge of a French or Spanish;
