Senior Client Executive - Financial Institutions (Remote)

<div><strong>Job Description</strong><br/><br/>The <strong>Senior Client Executive</strong> is a growth-minded leader responsible for growing strategic client engagement, protecting core revenue, and accelerating incremental revenue expansion across a portfolio of complex, high-touch accounts. You bring a strong forecasting discipline, succeeds in ambiguity, and operates with an independent, hustle-driven mindset.<br/><br/>You will be an operator who can build deep client partnerships, influence cross-functional partners, and deliver accurate, insight-driven projections for a dynamic book of business. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President, Sales.<br/><br/><strong>Client Relationship Leadership</strong><br/><ul><li>Develop trusted, executive-level relationships by understanding each client's strategy, products, and operational needs.</li><li>Be a senior liaison between the client and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, issue resolution, and execution excellence.</li><li>Anticipate client needs and proactively surface risks, gaps, or high-value growth pathways before they materialize.</li></ul><br/><strong>Commercial Management & Growth</strong><br/><ul><li>Manage renewal strategy and execution to maximize revenue retention while accelerating expansion across the customer base.</li><li>Drive upsell and cross-sell growth by strategically advising clients on high-impact product bundles, platform capabilities, and integrations that unlock incremental value.</li><li>Analyze client performance, portfolio trends, and client health signals to proactively identify revenue growth opportunities and mitigate threats to revenue.</li></ul><br/><strong>Revenue Forecasting & Business Discipline</strong><br/><ul><li>Deliver accurate revenue forecasting through rigorous analysis, structured planning, and disciplined opportunity management.</li><li>Provide reliable insight into retention risk, expected renewals, and upsell trajectories.</li><li>Maintain CRM discipline and ensure all opportunities, risks, and forecasts reflect real-time business realities.</li><li>Partner with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to refine models and ensure forecast integrity.</li></ul><br/><strong>Strategic Advisory & Problem Solving</strong><br/><ul><li>Be a strategic consultant to clients-translating complex needs into actionable recommendations and advocating internally for enhancements.</li><li>Collaborate with our teams (Product, MCE, Marketing, Legal) to resolve issues, remove obstacles, and optimize client outcomes.</li><li>Apply analytical rigor and intellectual horsepower to address challenges and inform executive-level decision-making.</li></ul><br/><strong>Operational Excellence</strong><br/><ul><li>Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and comprehensive account plans.</li><li>Provide customer insights to Product and Marketing to shape roadmap and go-to-market strategies.</li><li>Ensure the MCE team and you prioritize and resolve call center and operational issues in collaboration.</li><li>Refine account strategies to reflect shifting client needs, market trends, and internal goals.</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>Qualifications</strong><br/><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant experience</li><li>10+ years financial institutions knowledge</li><li>10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, client leadership, or strategic partnerships within SaaS, data, or tech-driven environments.</li><li>Experience managing high-value, high-complexity clients with executive-level relationship ownership.</li><li>Forecast revenue supported by disciplined pipeline management and data-driven insights.</li><li>Commercial experience with a record of renewal and expansion achievement.</li><li>Experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional internal stakeholders.</li><li>Operate with urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 40%</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>Additional Information</strong><br/><br/>Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
