This engineer will also play a key role in building responsive, modern user interfaces using Vue and React.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and deploy production-grade serverless functions using AWS Lambda.</li> <li>Architect and maintain scalable microservices and APIs using Java and TypeScript.</li> <li>Build and maintain high-performance web applications, leveraging both Vue and React depending on project requirements.</li> <li>Manage and optimize AWS cloud resources to ensure high availability and security.</li> <li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.</li> <li>Drive best practices in unit testing, CI/CD, and documentation to ensure a reliable and maintainable codebase.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Extensive experience in backend development, specifically with modern Java frameworks and design patterns.</li> <li>Deep expertise in the AWS suite, with a specific focus on AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and S3.</li> <li>Proficiency in TypeScript for serverless application development and backend logic.</li> <li>Strong professional experience in Vue.js or React, with the ability to work interchangeably across both to build dynamic SPAs (Single Page Applications).</li> <li>Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).</li> <li>Experience with Serverless Framework or AWS SAM.</li> <li>Solid understanding of RESTful API design and/or GraphQL.</li> <li>Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).</li> <li>Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Certified as AWS Developer or AWS Solutions Architect.</li> <li>Experience with IaC (Terraform or AWS CDK)</li> <li>Knowledge of state management libraries (Vuex, Redux, Pinia).</li> </ul>
