Senior Integrated Master Scheduler

We are seeking a senior Integrated Master Scheduler to architect and manage the Integrated Master Schedule for alarge-scaledefense program that integrates hardware production and manufacturing, enterprise software delivery underSAFeAgile, procurement and supply chain execution, and formal contract deliverable governance.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience supporting US Navy and Department of Defense programs, particularly within environments requiring disciplined production scheduling, fleet readiness alignment, earned value reporting, and formal milestone governance.

This role directly influences execution predictability, revenue confidence, and customer trust.

The Opportunity:

The Integrated Master Scheduler will serve as the authoritative integrator across all execution domains and will design a logic driven Integrated Master Schedule that synchronizes:

  • Hardware production and system manufacturing timelines

  • SAFeAgile development through Program Increments and Release Trains

  • Procurement cycles and long lead material dependencies

  • Contract Deliverable Requirements List items, technical reviews, and acceptance milestones

  • Deployment, fielding, and sustainment activities

Core Responsibilities:

Schedule Architecture

  • Develop andmaintainthe Integrated Master Schedule aligned to contractual scope, Work Breakdown Structure, and Program Increment Planning

  • Establish full logic ties across hardware, software, procurement, and CDRL milestones

  • Ensure vertical and horizontal traceability from requirements to delivery and customer acceptance

  • Maintain baseline control and disciplined change management

Hardware and Manufacturing Integration

  • Incorporate production build plans, integration events, test cycles, and quality assurance gates

  • Model production throughput constraints and capacity assumptions

  • Integrate certification events and deployment sequencing

  • Anticipate manufacturing and material readiness risks

SAFeSoftware Integration

  • Map Epics, Features, and Program Increments to contractual deliverables

  • Align sprint cadences and PI planning events to milestone reporting

  • Translate Agile velocity into milestone forecast confidence

  • Ensure Agile transparency aligns with waterfall governance expectations

Procurement and Supply Chain Synchronization

  • Integrate procurement lead times, vendor dependencies, and material receipt milestones

  • Model long lead drivers thatimpactcritical path

Contract Deliverable and Government Governance

  • Align schedule structure with CDRLs, milestone reviews, and acceptance events

  • Conduct critical path and near critical path analysis

  • Perform DCMA14 pointschedule health assessments

  • Support Integrated Baseline Reviews and Program Management Reviews

  • Interface directly with government scheduling counterparts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related discipline

  • 10 plus years of experience supporting large DoD or Federal programs

  • Demonstrated experience building and managing Integrated Master Schedules in complex hybrid environments

  • Experience integrating hardware production, software development, and procurement schedules

  • Advancedproficiencywith Microsoft Project

  • Strong understanding of critical pathmethodologyand schedule risk analysis

  • Active Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting US Navy programs, including fleet support, systems integration, or production environments

  • Experience on programs valued at $100M annually or greater

  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
