This role is based in Four Seasons APAC Corporate Office in Singapore, reporting to the Senior Vice‑President, Sales. Summary This senior leadership role will oversee and manage all APAC worldwide Sales offices and provide strategic leadership support within all segments—Group, Travel Industry, Business Travel, and Wholesale—to drive revenue growth for all Four Seasons properties globally. This role leads a diverse and remote team of Regional Directors and Account Directors based in Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Sydney, and Mumbai. It also evaluates opportunities with deployment, business development, event strategy & ROI and works closely with VP Commercial APAC and SVP Sales. Professional Qualifications Proven effective leadership skills, especially in a decentralized setting Deep level of understanding of all sales segments Ability to manage teams and individual productivity using a combination of technology, personal motivation and customer insights Strong customer relationships Understands and delivers on the needs of key stakeholders Ability to influence sales behavior Ability and willingness to understand sales technology, incentive plans and tools, budgets and to provide clear leadership Takes ownership and responsibility for all initiatives and provides support to those doing the work Education Completed undergraduate degree from an accredited university Experience 10+ years of experience leading sales people in the luxury market; on‑property experience preferred, demonstrated ability to manage large and complex projects while leading a team; experience in the Asia Pacific market, China specifically Travel Willing to travel within the Region – approx. 50% #J-18808-Ljbffr
