Senior Trade Marketing Executive

About the Company

ATHALIA is a fast-growing scalp care and self-care brand expanding from a strong digital presence into modern trade and offline retail channels across Malaysia and Singapore. We are looking for a hands-on and commercially driven Senior Trade Marketing Executive to strengthen our retail presence and support business growth.

This role reports directly to the Founder.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Listing & Account Management Identify and approach major health & beauty retail chains

Prepare listing presentations, pricing structures, and commercial proposals

Negotiate trade terms, margins, rebates, and promotional participation

Manage listing documentation and follow-up processes

Coordinate with distributors and retail partners when required

Trade Marketing & Promotion Planning

Plan and execute retail promotion calendars, seasonal campaigns, and product launches

Develop retail-exclusive bundles and promotional mechanics

Manage and optimize trade marketing budget allocation

POSM & In-Store Execution

Coordinate and execute POSM materials including shelf talkers, wobblers, testers, display stands, and end-cap displays

Liaise with designers, suppliers, and printing vendors

Monitor production timelines and installation schedules

Conduct store visits to ensure visibility, compliance, and execution standards

Commercial & Performance Tracking

Monitor sell-in and sell-through performance across retail outlets

Track outlet-level sales performance and stock rotation

Recommend strategies to improve sales and retail visibility

Ensure sustainable growth while protecting brand margins

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Modern Trade, or Key Account Management

Experience in beauty, personal care, or FMCG industry is preferred

Hands-on experience in POSM execution and in-store activations

Familiar with retail listing processes and trade negotiation

Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused

Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
