SEO Specialist

<p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt">We are looking for an SEO Specialist with 1-3 years of hands-on SEO experience to support day-to-day organic search execution across multiple property portfolios, from luxury high-rises to student housing and assisted living. You’ll be responsible for executing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO playbooks, maintaining site health and SEO hygiene, and delivering consistent performance improvements using our existing SOPs and systems.</span></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt">This is an execution-focused role design for someone ready to grow into larger portfolio-wide strategy over time. You’ll own the day-to-day functioning of assigned websites: onboardings/offboardings, audits, fixes, support desk tickets, and reporting; while partnering closely with the SEO Strategist (day-to-day guidance and strategy planning) and CJ (Digital Marketing team big-picture direction).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt">Most importantly: we win by being human. This role is not “chase the algorithm.” It’s about improving the renter’s experience, clarity, and trust, and framing our algorithmic strategy around those core factors.</span></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt">What You’ll Do</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt">Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO playbooks across a diverse range of multifamily portfolios.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt">Review weekly audit crawls (Ahrefs + other tools as needed) and prioritize fixes based on impact.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt">Monitor and act on insights from Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (indexing, visibility, CTR, landing page performance, conversions, etc).</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt">Implement SEO improvements, including meta titles/descriptions, header structure, content optimizations, image alt text guidance, and page-level recommendations at the SEO Strategist's direction.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt">Support content initiatives (micropages, neighborhood guides, blogs, amenities, floor plan content) with keyword targeting and on-page best practices. </span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt">Work alongside the SEO Strategist for onboarding and offboarding SEO clients (baseline checks, access validation, initial audits).</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt">Monitor Google Business Profiles for review velocity and sentiment, optimizing GBP content, and ensuring NAP consistency across off-site listings.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
