You'll contribute to the end-to-end digital merchandising experience—from planning and curating product assortments to optimizing product presentation and supporting promotional campaigns. Working closely with Marketing, Inventory Planning, Creative, UX, and Technology teams, you'll ensure our online shopping experiences reflect brand priorities, support business goals, and deliver a seamless customer journey.</p> <h2><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Site Merchandising & Content Management</strong></h3> <ul><li>Execute merchandising strategies that improve product visibility, customer engagement, and revenue across digital channels.</li><li>Plan and implement weekly site updates, including homepage content, category pages, promotional banners, and navigation updates.</li><li>Curate product assortments for featured collections, seasonal campaigns, gift guides, and merchandising initiatives.</li><li>Manage product categorization, tagging, and content to ensure a consistent and intuitive shopping experience.</li></ul> <h3><strong>Product Data & Quality Assurance</strong></h3> <ul><li>Load, maintain, and QA product information including titles, descriptions, imagery, metadata, and product attributes.</li><li>Ensure product content aligns with brand standards and SEO best practices.</li><li>Regularly audit site taxonomy, content, and product presentation to identify and resolve inconsistencies, broken links, and merchandising issues.</li></ul> <h3><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></h3> <ul><li>Partner with Marketing, Planning, Creative, UX, and Technology teams to support product launches, campaigns, and site updates.</li><li>Coordinate campaign launches by preparing merchandising assets, scheduling content, and ensuring seamless execution across desktop and mobile experiences.</li><li>Collaborate on testing initiatives and provide feedback on site functionality improvements.</li></ul> <h3><strong>Analytics & Optimization</strong></h3> <ul><li>Monitor merchandising performance using site analytics and reporting tools.</li><li>Analyze key metrics including click-through rate, conversion rate, bounce rate, and product performance.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve product discovery, customer engagement, and conversion.</li><li>Support testing and optimization efforts for new features, site layouts, and merchandising strategies.</li></ul> <h3><strong>Process Improvemen</strong>t</h3> <ul><li>Maintain documentation of merchandising processes and best practices.</li><li>Support knowledge sharing, onboarding, and cross-training initiatives within the team.</li></ul> <h2><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></h2> <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent experience.</li><li>2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or online retail.</li><li>Experience working with CMS and e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify Plus, Magento, or similar systems.</li><li>Familiarity with PIM and DAM platforms and product data management workflows.</li><li>Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar reporting platforms.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus, but not required.</li></ul> <h2><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></h2> <p>At The Digital Stronghold, you'll have the opportunity to work across a portfolio of growing consumer brands while helping shape engaging digital shopping experiences for passionate customer communities.
