Site Safety Supervisor

We are seeking a Site Safety Supervisor with a valid Yellow Book or Green (Safety and Health Officer certification) to oversee safety compliance and assist in the supervision of construction activities. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe working environment while coordinating closely with the project engineer and site team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and enforce all site safety procedures in compliance with DOSH and company regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, safety briefings, and toolbox meetings.
  • Monitor high-risk activities and ensure proper safety measures are in place.
  • Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
  • Maintain safety documentation, permits, and reports.
  • Supervise site works under the direction and guidance of the site engineer, ensuring work quality, progress, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and workers to ensure safe and efficient work execution.
  • Support the engineer in coordinating daily site operations and reporting.
Requirements
  • Yellow Book holder (registered with DOSH Malaysia).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant site experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational safety regulations and best practices.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
