This role is intentionally flexible, allowing individuals to lean more analytical/operational or more creative and creator-focused based on their strengths, while maintaining full ownership and accountability for execution.</p><p><br></p><p>This role may be leveled at the Specialist or Manager level depending on experience, scope, and demonstrated ownership.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Execute Social Commerce Campaigns:</strong> Own day-to-day execution across the TikTok Shop backend, including campaign setup, shop management and monitoring, product setup, sampling workflows in-system, content tracking, and GMV delivery.</li><li><strong>Drive Creator & Affiliate Operations: </strong>Manage creator outreach and communication, maintain ongoing creator relationships, and coordinate affiliate and paid collaboration programs from sourcing, briefing through posting.</li><li><strong>Analyze Performance & Optimize: </strong>Track key metrics (GMV, traffic, conversion, CTR, CTOR, content volume, etc.), conduct funnel analysis, and surface insights to improve performance.</li><li><strong>Support Brand Growth Initiatives: </strong>Executing assortment launches, promotions, pricing updates, and campaign registrations in close collaboration with the Brand Lead.</li><li><strong>Coordinate Cross-Functionally: </strong>Work with ads, creative, operations, and external partners to ensure smooth execution and alignment across initiatives.</li><li><strong>Own Reporting & Documentation: </strong>Maintain accurate performance reporting, trackers, and internal documentation; support weekly and monthly reporting for internal teams and brand partners.</li><li><strong>Maintain Operational Excellence:</strong> Help monitor inventory status, shop health, product listings, and campaign readiness; proactively flag risks or issues.</li><li><strong>Manage & Guide VAs: </strong>Oversee VA execution related to creator communication, sample management, data entry, and operational support; ensure accuracy and timeliness.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Relevant Experience: </strong>1–3+ years of experience in social commerce, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, e-commerce operations, or digital marketing (level based on scope and ownership).</li><li><strong>Platform Familiarity: </strong>Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop strongly preferred; experience with other platforms (Amazon, Shopify, DTC, marketplaces) is a plus.</li><li><strong>Strong Analytical Skills:</strong> Comfortable working with performance data, spreadsheets, and dashboards; able to translate data into actionable insights.</li><li><strong>Operational Rigor: </strong>Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and timelines simultaneously.</li><li><strong>Creator Ecosystem Knowledge: </strong>Understanding of creator workflows, affiliate mechanics, and content-driven commerce dynamics.</li><li><strong>Clear Communicator:</strong> Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to coordinate effectively with internal teams, creators, and brand partners.</li><li><strong>Execution-Oriented Mindset: </strong>Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li><li><strong>Growth Mentality: </strong>Willingness to learn across both analytical/operational and creative/creator-facing workstreams as business needs evolve.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Growth potential!
