Social Media Content Production Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Social Media Content Production Manager to join our team. You will serve as the right-hand operator to co-founders Justin and Travis Maderia, owning the full end-to-end process of creating, producing, and distributing high-performing video and social content across all platforms. This is a hands-on role that blends content production, team coordination, social media strategy, and executive support. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Justin and Travis to identify, book, and coordinate content creation events, shoots, and appearances.
  • Source, vet, hire, and manage freelance videographers, photographers, and editors for all content shoots.
  • Build detailed scopes of work (SOWs), shot lists, and production timelines; direct shoots on-site or remotely to ensure creative vision is executed flawlessly.
  • Own the full content lifecycle: review raw footage, provide creative direction to editors, approve final cuts, and schedule/post polished content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.
  • Stay deeply knowledgeable about social media algorithms and platform best practices; optimize posting cadence, hooks, formats, and captions to maximize reach, engagement, and growth.
  • Learn and master the co-founders’ authentic voices and personal brands to handle community engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and create native-feeling replies that feel 100% “on-brand.”
  • Proactively pitch and negotiate influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and cross-promotions that align with our growth goals.
  • Manage all travel itineraries, logistics, and on-the-ground coordination for content-related trips.
  • Collaborate closely with business executives on integrated marketing campaigns, content calendars, and cross-department alignment between content, marketing, and overall business objectives.
  • Track performance metrics, report insights to the co-founders, and continuously iterate to improve content quality and results.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media content production, video production coordination, or digital content management (agency or creator economy experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of hiring and managing videographers, editors, and production talent.
  • Deep understanding of current social media algorithms, trends, and best practices across major platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write and speak in the co-founders’ natural voices.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills (Asana, Notion, Google Suite, or similar).
  • Experience booking travel, coordinating events, and managing production logistics.
  • Creative eye for video content and storytelling.
  • Self-starter who can anticipate needs and operate with minimal supervision in a dynamic, founder-led environment.
