Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly active, creative, dependable, and motivated social media & Marketing Coordinator to help grow multiple businesses under Bowman’s brand. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, creating content, engaging with people online, and helping businesses grow through marketing and advertising. The ideal candidate should already be active on social media platforms and understand how to create engaging content, increase visibility, and help attract customers through consistent online activity. This is NOT just a flyer-making position. We are looking for someone who understands branding, engagement, promotion, customer attraction, and helps the businesses grow.

30-Day Probationary Period

This position includes a required 30-day probationary period to evaluate:

  • Attendance and punctuality
  • Reliability and professionalism
  • Customer service skills
  • Social media activity and consistency
  • Creativity and content quality
  • Initiative and work ethic
  • Ability to help grow the businesses
  • Overall performance and business support

Employee performance may be reviewed weekly during the probationary period. Continued employment, scheduling, raises, bonuses, and future opportunities may be based on overall performance, attendance, professionalism, and business needs.

Employment may be terminated during the probationary period if performance expectations, attendance requirements, professionalism standards, or business expectations are not met.

Responsibilities

  • Create and post daily content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and other social media platforms
  • Create reels, videos, stories, and promotional content
  • Create flyers and graphics using Canva
  • Edit videos using CapCut or similar apps
  • Promote events, classes, virtual offices, office suites, boutique products, and tax services
  • Respond to social media messages and comments professionally
  • Assist with Facebook promotions and boosted ads
  • Take photos and videos during events and office activities
  • Help increase engagement, visibility, and customer traffic
  • Assist with event setup and business promotions

Compensation & Growth

  • Starting pay during probationary period: $17.00 per hour
  • Opportunity for raises after successful completion of probationary period

  • Monday – Friday
  • Daytime, evenings, and some weekends
  • Event coverage as needed

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
