Solution Architect – Adobe Journey Optimizer, B2B

Job Description:

  • Lead architecture, strategy, and delivery for Adobe Journey Optimizer B2B (AJO B2B) implementations.
  • Design scalable Buying Group, audience, account-based marketing, and lifecycle orchestration frameworks.
  • Develop solution architectures that align platform capabilities with business objectives and customer engagement strategies.
  • Provide architectural leadership across Adobe Journey Optimizer B2B, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Marketo, Salesforce, and related marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation roadmaps.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to align platform capabilities with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, solution design sessions, roadmap development, and governance planning.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on B2B marketing transformation strategies and platform adoption.
  • Guide implementation teams through the delivery of AJO B2B solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including audiences, profiles, identity resolution, and customer data management concepts.
  • Experience integrating AJO B2B with Marketo and Salesforce ecosystems.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise architecture initiatives, discovery engagements, and client-facing consulting projects.
  • Experience designing and implementing account-based marketing and customer lifecycle orchestration solutions.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing operations, customer journey orchestration, and account-based marketing strategies.
