Solutions Architect

In many cases, you will work alongside our Solutions Partners, helping advise them and our shared customers to address complex product use cases.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Serve as a strategic technical advisor, translating complex business needs into scalable solutions on the HubSpot platform.
  • Advise on solution design and identify opportunities to integrate and consolidate systems, driving deeper, more unified platform adoption across the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Develop and articulate long-term technical roadmaps for customers, influencing key technical and business stakeholders to invest in strategies that drive significant value and ROI.
  • Lead discovery and solution design for complex, multi-hub engagements, guiding customers and partners on best practices for leveraging advanced CRM features, APIs, and the broader HubSpot ecosystem.
  • Act as a key technical advisor on customer and partner-led projects, addressing product-stretching use cases and mitigating technical risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Champion innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and AI advancements, identifying opportunities to enhance HubSpot solutions and guiding customers to adopt HubSpot's AI products.
  • Lead the application of AI-powered tools to create proof-of-concept automations, demonstrating the art of the possible and driving the adoption of HubSpot's AI products.
  • Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams, providing expert feedback from the field to influence the future of the HubSpot platform.

We are looking for people who:

  • Experience: 2+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or a similar role within enterprise SaaS. Proven track record of delivering complex, business-impacting technical solutions.
  • Technical Problem Solving and Solutioning (Proficient): Strong ability to analyze complex problems and translate them into robust technical solutions.
    • Hands-on experience with system integration, APIs, and architectural design for scalable solutions.
    • Ability to create AI-based solutions through orchestration, automation, and AI-first development techniques.
  • Business Acumen & Value Realization (Strong): Demonstrated ability to connect technology features to business outcomes.
    • Skilled at articulating ROI and value of technical solutions and advising customers on achieving strategic goals.
  • Holistic Systems Thinking (Experienced): Deep understanding of how systems and processes interconnect.
    • Talent for orchestrating end-to-end architectures that address broad business processes and integrate multiple platforms.
  • Executive Communication & Influence (Effective): Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging and influencing executive stakeholders, driving alignment, and managing change.
  • Innovation & Leadership (Applied): Forward-thinking mindset with experience contributing to digital transformation initiatives.
    • Fluency with leveraging AI and emerging technologies to drive innovation, and ability to guide customers through change.
