In this role, you will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent across various strategic sourcing, supplier development, and logistics leadership functions to support our fast-paced, innovative environment. You will partner closely with fellow sourcers and recruiters to build robust pipelines for key procurement, supplier industrialization, and logistics program management roles, ensuring we can deliver advanced defense technology at scale and at speed.<br><br><em>This role is open to 6 month contract.</em></p> <h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h4> <ul> <li><strong>Talent Identification:</strong> Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and industry networks to uncover passive and active candidates with expertise in areas such as:</li> <ul> <li><strong>Product Sourcing Engineering</strong> (focusing on new product introduction, component selection, and technical supplier engagement).</li> <li><strong>Global Sourcing and Category Management</strong> (strategic sourcing, cost reduction, supply base optimization across international markets).</li> <li><strong>Supplier Industrialization Engineering</strong> (ensuring supplier manufacturing readiness, quality, and scalability for critical components).</li> <li>General strategic sourcing, procurement, contract negotiation, and supply chain analytics.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Candidate Engagement:</strong> Initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective supply chain talent through tailored messaging and personalized communication, effectively conveying Anduril's mission and the impact of our opportunities.</li> <li><strong>Pipeline Development:</strong> Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for a diverse range of supply chain roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality talent for immediate and future hiring needs.</li> <li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Partner effectively with recruiters to understand specific role requirements, strategic procurement goals, and align sourcing strategies with broader operational objectives.</li> <li><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies and workflows, contributing to continuous improvement within the talent acquisition function.</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of 4+ years in sourcing or recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for complex supply chain, procurement, supplier quality, or logistics roles within high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similarly complex hardware industries.</li> <li><strong>Supply Chain Acumen:</strong> Understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles and processes, including strategic sourcing, new product introduction (NPI) procurement, supplier development, technical operations, and global logistics.
