To further enhance our brand recognition, client base, and market influence, we are seeking an experienced, passionate Spa Manager to lead our team in establishing Crystal Spa as the premier spa brand in the Herndon and Reston area.

Position Overview:

As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of Crystal Spa’s operations, always prioritizing client experience to ensure that every guest feels warmly cared for and professionally attended to. You will focus on enhancing staff service quality through comprehensive training and motivation, empowering team members with skills and service values to build a highly compassionate and skilled team. Additionally, you will foster a positive team culture and cooperative environment, ensuring that Crystal Spa’s "Love Culture" is reflected in every detail. We look to you to drive brand visibility, client volume, and performance by implementing innovative marketing strategies and efficient operational management, helping us to stand out in a competitive market.

Weekend availability required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing and branding strategies to enhance brand awareness and attract new clients.
  • Elevate client loyalty through outstanding customer service, increasing repeat visits and membership growth.
  • Manage daily operations to maintain high service standards and exceptional client experiences.
  • Consistently focus on client experience, ensuring the spa environment is clean, comfortable, and up to our high standards for healing and relaxation.
  • Incorporate Crystal Spa’s culture and values into all service aspects, embedding our “Love Culture” into every interaction.
  • Provide comprehensive service training for staff, covering professional skills and service details to ensure high overall service quality.
  • Foster a collaborative team atmosphere, focusing on employee growth and cohesion to ensure consistent values and culture.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-quality staff, guiding them in professional skill-building and customer service excellence.
  • Optimize resources, including effective staff scheduling, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle client issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring they feel our sincere care and commitment.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, address needs, and maintain a positive team environment.

  • Is passionate about the spa industry and has extensive management experience in a spa or similar service environment.

  • Demonstrates excellent communication and leadership skills, building strong relationships with both staff and clients.
