Our reputation in the industry is due in large part to the outstanding care our people provide. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Summary:</strong> The Integration Specialist II is a professional role responsible for leading the design, implementation, and ongoing support of software integrations, workflow automation, and enablement platforms that support cross-functional business teams. The position focuses on delivering practical technology solutions including integrations, internal tools, workflow automation, and enablement platforms that improve efficiency and adoption.</p> <p>The position partners closely with Marketing, Product, Sales Enablement, IT, and Technical Program teams to translate business needs into secure, scalable, and supportable technology solutions. The position leverages approved applications and technology tools as part of delivering broader business solutions, which may include AI-enabled capabilities where appropriate, along with other software and integration platforms used across Technology Services.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the design, implementation, testing, and support of software integrations and enablement solutions across approved platforms.</li> <li>Ensure solutions are tailored to meet specific business needs and are effectively integrated into existing systems. This could include system configuration, deployment, testing, and ongoing support.</li> <li>Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales Enablement, and Technical Program teams to analyze and understand business systems to identify business/integration requirements and translate them into solution designs and execution plans.</li> <li>Support integrations and workflows between approved software platforms, internal tools, and data sources to improve efficiency and consistency.
