This role focuses primarily on the Chang Gung hospital system, including Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital and Keelung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, ensuring we make a significant impact on the market and generate value for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients in the OHBU. As a Biopharmaceutical Specialist, you will report to the District Sales Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities and develop plans that optimize market impact.</p><p></p><p><u>Main Responsibilities</u>:</p><ul><li>Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts, primarily focusing on the Chang Gung hospital system, including Linkou and Keelung Chang Gung Memorial Hospitals and key medical centers.</li><li>Establish and maintain high-quality customer relationships and engaging customers in a way that demonstrates an understanding of their environment and provides relevant market and practice insights.</li><li>Coordinate and implement scientific events aligned with marketing strategy to effectively deliver product information and valued messages.</li><li>Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of hematologic diseases, products, market, stakeholders, and competitors. Providing market intelligence and insights to the Marketing team by collaborating with the District Sales Manager.</li><li>Attend required training sessions, obtaining necessary certifications, and participating in conventions and symposia as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with others to enhance coordination in promotional efforts and fostering internal collaboration.
