Sr ERP Developer Workday - Remote

Serves as an internal technical expert to manage and support Workday application, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, design solutions, recommend and implement process improvements, identify and assess cross functional impacts, offer end-user support through a ticketing system, including root cause analysis, new release management, create and maintain training materials and documentation driving complex initiatives and aligning with enterprise-wide strategies.<br><br>• Manage and support Workday modules, including analysis, maintenance, troubleshooting, new release management, ensuring data integrity, security, and accuracy; address and resolve data issues.<br>• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, develop integrations, reports, dashboards and analytics tailored to business needs using Workday tools and best practices.<br>• Develop and maintain Workday reports, integrations and extensions using EIB, Core & Cloud Connectors, Web Services, and Workday Studio, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday configurations, integrations, and customizations, working closely with support teams and vendors as needed.<br>• Develop and execute a strategy for continuous improvement of processes and functionalities.<br>• Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality, integrity, and security of the system and comply with relevant laws and regulations.<br>• Monitor integration performance and implement improvements for scalability and reliability.<br>• Create test scenarios/test cases, test and support configurations and deployments.<br>• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy policies, and Workday best practices<br>• Provide technical expertise and guidance to other developers and functional analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices for Workday development and customization.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver integrated solutions that drive business outcomes.<br>• Develop and maintain detailed documentation on processes, configuration, and workflows.<br>• Ensure the critical issues are being addressed in a timely manner.<br>• Performs all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations.
