Position Summary As a Senior Packing Technician, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of 30-60 colleagues in a positive manner while managing the required daily operational functions of the back-end mail pharmacy. Build a strong team through training and developing talent in new and tenured colleagues. Perform weekly quality audits and review procedural errors and production rates with the members of your team. Utilize your strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver positive and constructive feedback in a professional manner. Conduct weekly five-minute meetings with colleagues to communicate company information. Participate in vertical conference calls to discuss process changes and improvements. Evaluate both the workload and talent daily to maximize production and output.
