How does it work?

  2. Founders pitch to you
    • as a Jumpstarter once said, “you can’t get vibes from a job description.” Pre-recorded video pitches from founders bring roles & a startup to life so you can ensure it’s a great fit for you.
  3. Connect directly with founders - we’ve made the job search a two-way process. Apply to startups and receive applications from startups who want to chat to you. There are no recruiters on Jumpstart so you can connect directly with the hiring teams.
  4. Individual interview support - forget awkward group training calls. Receive individual interview support, access training guides and chat to Jumpstart alumni. You’ll have everything you need to land your dream role.
  5. Ongoing career growth - landing a role is only the start of your journey with Jumpstart. You’ll join the Jumpstart community (the “best startup community in London”) and gain access to all the tools you need to smash your role. Think mentorship, training & more.
On average, it takes ~4 weeks to receive an offer and you can participate in the programme whilst in full-time work. Starting salaries range from £50-60K + equity (DOE).

Roles:

All roles on our generalist stream are generalist in nature. Regardless of the job title (Ops, Founder’s Associate, Growth Associate etc.), you’ll typically work closely with the founder on high-profile strategic projects.

Progression is often rapid & how you progress depends on how you want to grow your career. Our alumni have gone on to more senior roles including Chief of Staff, Head of Operations, Product Manager, and AI/Growth Lead
