Requirements

C2 level of Swedish and C1 level of English (both written and spoken).20 months of proven sales experience, with the ability to win people over and convince clients rapidly.Competent at creating digital marketing strategies for all customers sizes.Education: BA/BS degree preferred, or demonstrated career progression reflecting a high level of functional expertise.Expert Sales Execution: Strong, demonstrable history of personal sales achievement. Proficient in strategic influencing and client convincing, with the resilience required to operate effectively and drive results in a demanding, target-focused environment.Comprehensive Service Focus: Required prior experience in complex customer service or account management, with a clear focus on issue resolution and process improvement to optimize the client's service journey.Resourceful Adaptation: Demonstrated capability to quickly internalize new business models, technologies, and evolving challenges, adapting work methods efficiently to meet shifting organizational demands.Specialized Skills for the Nordic Market:Deep Nordic market and cultural understanding are essential, covering business practices, cultural nuances, and digital marketing ecosystems.Strategic thinkers with strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills are needed to identify and unlock growth opportunities.Must demonstrate proficiency in relationship building with key stakeholders, managing complex stakeholder structures, and addressing sophisticated ROI and integration queries.Crucially, the role requires awareness of local regulations, particularly GDPR, and the ability to tailor outreach to respect high client focus on data privacy.
