Talent Acquisition Lead (SEA+Pacific, GBS, Employer Branding)

Air Liquide is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and optimize our recruitment strategies across the Southeast Asia and Pacific regions. This role is crucial in attracting, engaging, and securing top talent to support our ambitious growth objectives and foster a high-performing culture.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with Air Liquide's Global and APAC HR vision and regional business needs for SEA and Pacific countries.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from workforce planning and role definition to candidate sourcing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand current and future talent requirements and provide strategic guidance.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives across APAC region to position Air Liquide as an employer of choice.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and report on the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local employment laws and regulations across the various countries in the region.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of service.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
Are you a MATCH?
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing regional teams, preferably within the SEA and Pacific markets.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies in a complex, multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of various recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HRIS platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in employer branding and leading TA transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations across diverse SEA and Pacific countries.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other regional languages is a significant advantage.
