About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Team Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and project support to the Marketing & Transformation leadership team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and successful execution of initiatives focused on enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Marketing & Transformation leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing expenses.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other internal and external communications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Facilitate effective team collaboration by organizing and maintaining team documents, platforms, and communication channels.
  • Support the planning and execution of team events, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, effectively triaging inquiries and ensuring timely responses.
  • Contribute to problem-solving efforts by identifying and escalating potential issues and proposing solutions.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, capturing key decisions and action items, and following up on their completion.
  • Embrace and adapt to changing priorities and evolving project requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong self-awareness and proactively seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or team support role, ideally within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Co-pilot and other relevant collaboration tools.

  • This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120 – 240 hours of vacation per year for full time employees (60 - 240 hours of vacation per year for part time employees).
