  • Drive governance, RAID management, and dependency tracking across workstreams
  • Standardise Jira templates, workflows, and plugin usage in the Cloud environment
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and Jira SMEs to ensure migration readiness and adoption
  • Produce executive reporting, dashboards, and migration KPIs
  • Support data validation, archival strategy, and regulatory evidence requirements
  • Work closely with Atlassian teams embedded in the business

Required Experience

  • Proven experience leading Jira Cloud migrations in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong Jira SME / Administration expertise (Data Center → Cloud)
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, plugins such as ScriptRunner, Advanced Roadmaps, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of data migration, scripting, or API-based tooling
  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-team technology workstreams
  • Strong RAID management, governance, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Background in financial services preferred (Market Risk, RWA, Basel, or similar highly desirable)
