Welcome to Netsurit

We're Netsurit — a global MSP helping businesses grow, scale, and stay secure without drowning in IT noise.

Our mission: Support the dreams of the doers, that personifies a culture that genuinely supports your personal and professional goals.

At Netsurit, you'll work at the sharp end of modern IT — solving real infrastructure challenges while helping clients adopt cloud, automation, and AI-driven solutions.

We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our US-focused team, supporting clients primarily based in the United States. This is a senior, hands-on role where you're trusted to lead, improve, and modernize, not just keep systems running. You'll work across Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, and emerging tools like Microsoft Copilot to deliver smarter, more secure environments that drive real business outcomes.

If you want to build the future of IT while still getting your hands dirty, you're in the right place.

What You Get

  • Exposure to enterprise and international clients
  • Real-world experience with modern cloud, security, and AI-enabled IT
  • A company that invests in certifications and career growth
  • A culture that truly supports your personal and professional dreams

The Role

As a IT Services Consultant, you'll be a trusted technical authority responsible for:

  • High-end cloud, infrastructure, and security delivery
  • Complex troubleshooting, consulting, and project execution
  • Proactive improvements across client environments
  • Technical leadership and mentorship within the team

You'll work across Microsoft Cloud, virtualization, networking, and security, while helping clients adopt automation and AI-enabled workflows.

This role requires working US business hours and being open to dynamic shifts, including occasional weekend work, depending on client needs.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement cloud, infrastructure, security, and modernization projects
  • Deliver proactive and reactive support across Netsurit's client base
  • Perform infrastructure and security assessments with clear recommendations
  • Build and maintain high-quality client documentation
  • Own and contribute to:
    • Incident Management
    • Problem Management
    • Service Requests
    • Change Management
  • Apply ITIL and ITSM best practices

You'll work extensively with

  • Microsoft 365 / Office 365
  • Microsoft Azure
  • VMware and Hyper-V
  • Identity, security, backup, and resilience solutions

You'll design, support, and troubleshoot

  • TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, switches, and routers
  • Secure hybrid and cloud environments
  • Ransomware and malware protection strategies

What We're Looking For

Must Have

  • 5+ years' experience in IT, infrastructure, or MSP environments
  • Strong Microsoft Cloud experience (Microsoft 365 and Azure)
  • Proven experience with:
  • VMware / Hyper-V
  • Networking and security fundamentals
  • FortiGate / Fortinet firewall experience is required
  • Solid understanding of ITIL / ITSM
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work US hours (4pm – 1am), with flexibility for dynamic shifts and weekends
  • Reliable connectivity and redundant power suitable for remote production work

Bonus Points For

  • Automation or scripting experience
  • Hands-on use of AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, AI workflows)
  • Cloud optimization and modernization projects
  • Consulting or MSP background
  • A strong continuous learning mindset

The Kind of Person Who Thrives Here

  • You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
  • You enjoy working directly with US-based clients
  • You're curious about AI and automation
  • You communicate clearly and confidently
  • You want to grow into higher-level consulting, architecture, or leadership
