Equipment Oversight: • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance, repair, and calibration of fitness equipment to ensure member safety and optimal functionality. Technical Team Leadership: • Lead a team of technicians, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure a high standard of technical service. • Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and collaboration. Training and Development: • Conduct training for technical staff and new hires on equipment usage, repairs, troubleshooting procedures, and safety protocols. • Stay current on technological advancements and provide ongoing education to the team.
