<strong>Overview<br><br></strong>Herzog Contracting, Corp. is currently seeking an experienced <strong>Track Inspector</strong> in <strong>Fort Worth, TX</strong> to join our team.<br><br><strong>Duties And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>This is a non-exhaustive overview of the job duties for this position.</li><li>The candidate is responsible for inspecting the track infrastructure in accordance with all regulatory requirements.</li><li>The candidate is responsible to inspect construction and maintenance projects upon completion for quality and safety before track is deemed serviceable under the direction of the Project Manager. Dedicated full time to the project, with no outside working responsibilities other than Herzog related duties. Also, responsible for the maintenance quality control documentation including reports, and secure documentation system. </li><li>The candidate will be responsible for conducting daily, weekly and monthly inspections and surveillances of construction and maintenance activities in accordance with FRA and CWR and specifications requirements. The candidate must provide examples of similar experiences and accomplishments and demonstrate effective communication skills. </li><li>The candidate is also expected to be willing to work nights and holidays as needed under special circumstances.</li><li>Regular and consistent engagement, participation and promotion of Herzog’s Culture and its essential behaviors are a requirement for this position.</li><li>Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are a requirement for this position.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>5 years of relevant experience in track maintenance and inspection.</li><li>Previously GCOR, FRA 213-214 Qualified on class 1 railroad.
