Training and Certifications Partner

As a Training and Development Partner on the Certifications team, you will play a critical role in planning, designing, and delivering engaging and informative workshops to clients, empowering them to maximize their usage and adoption of the monday.com platform. You will be responsible for designing and conducting training sessions that cater to client’s specific needs, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to effectively leverage monday.com’s Work OS. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional training experiences.

About The Role

  • Collaborate with the teams instructional designer to develop tailored training materials including presentations, videos, and other resources.
  • Create and conduct workshops and training sessions for clients, both in-person and virtually, on how to effectively use the monday.com platform for their specific requirements.
  • Actively seek feedback from clients regarding training sessions, collecting insights and identifying common challenges, and collaborate with the Customer Success team to improve session effectiveness
  • Continuously educate yourself on the latest features, updates, and best practices related to the monday.com platform. Attend internal training sessions and workshops to enhance your own product knowledge and training skills.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of previous experience as a trainer, instructor, or facilitator, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
  • Proficiency in using the monday.com platform and a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training sessions and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to client queries and challenges.
  • Flexibility to travel to various sites as needed for in-person training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering training or workshops on SaaS platforms or work management tools.
  • Familiarity with project management and workflow management concepts.
  • Certification in training, instructional design, or a related field.

For New York City based hires only: Compensation Range: $90,000 – $115,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or RSUs based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Colorado may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
