Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Inpatient Rehab team. This role focuses on providing high-quality therapy interventions to adult patients in an acute rehab setting. The ideal candidate will work alongside a collaborative team to support patient recovery and functional independence.
Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
Implement therapy interventions based on established occupational therapy protocols.
Work with patients suffering from neuro, CVA, orthopedic conditions, balance impairments, and general debility.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Utilize the full rehab gym and electronic health records systems (Meditech and Nethealth).
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Must be licensed in the state of Kansas or hold a compact state license.
