About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Performance Marketing to join their team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency at scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a new team of performance marketing professionals, managing media budgets, and leveraging data to enhance revenue through demand generation, lead generation, and customer retention.

Key responsibilities include creating and executing digital marketing strategies, optimizing media budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with product, sales, and creative teams. The role also involves building an analytics function for the marketing organization and creating business cases based on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Applicants should have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, with a preference for experience in a Center of Excellence model within a large B2B marketing organization. A minimum of 15 years\' experience in B2B marketing, including lead generation, ABM, and marketing automation, is required. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and experience in building an integrated tech stack. A big-picture, experimental, forward-thinking, and ownership-oriented mindset is essential.

The role demands a professional who can drive projects and results with minimal supervision, and who is adept at making data-driven decisions to solve problems and propose new ideas.
