**Position Overview:**
As a Visual Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing exceptional service to our clients. You will collaborate with our clients to understand their needs, develop compelling visual concepts, and deliver high-quality signage and graphics solutions that exceed expectations.

**Responsibilities:**
- Consult with clients to understand their brand identity, marketing objectives, and signage requirements.
- Develop creative concepts and designs for a wide range of signage and graphics projects, including indoor and outdoor signage, vehicle wraps, banners, decals, and more.
- Prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on client specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure the timely and precise execution of projects, maintaining quality standards throughout the process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve service offerings and deliver innovative solutions to clients.

**Qualifications:**

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
-Experience in graphic design, preferably in the signage and graphics industry is a plus but not necessary.
