Visual Media Producer [Remote]

<p> The Hollywood Reporter is currently looking for an Visual Media Producer. This is a hybrid role acting as a primary bridge between creative vision and logistical execution. Reporting to the Photo team with a dotted line to the Video/Social team, you will provide end-to-end production support for high-profile shoots, red-carpet events, and brand activations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses a deep passion for film, television, and social media.<br /> <br /> Responsibilities:<br /> <br /> • Production Coordination: Lead the booking and coordination of talent, crew, and<br /> <br /> external vendors for editorial and marketing shoots.<br /> <br /> • Shoot Logistics: Create and distribute detailed call sheets, manage on-set<br /> <br /> requirements, and ensure all contributors adhere to production schedules.<br /> <br /> • Administrative Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of production paperwork,<br /> <br /> including collecting contributor agreements and overseeing the submission and<br /> <br /> tracking of invoices.<br /> <br /> • Asset & Network Management: Maintain and expand comprehensive databases<br /> <br /> of crew, stylists, photographers, and vendors.<br /> <br /> • Talent Management: Interact with and guide talent as needed, maintaining THR's<br /> <br /> professionalism.<br /> <br /> Requirements & Qualifications:<br /> <br /> • Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in a production or entertainment<br /> <br /> environment (video or photo preferred) .<br /> <br /> • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage<br /> <br /> multiple complex projects and administrative tasks simultaneously.<br /> <br /> • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with high-level talent,<br /> <br /> agencies, and internal stakeholders.<br /> <br /> • Industry Passion: A demonstrated interest in film, television, visual storytelling,<br /> <br /> and current social media trends.<br /> <br /> • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in production<br /> <br /> As THR values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture.<br /> <br /> A good faith estimate of the salary range is $75K - $85k upon hire..
