VMS Systems Analyst – Production Support

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Under the direction of the VMS Systems Manager or Director of System Engineering, this role is responsible for providing VMS support to TAPFIN MSP programs. The position provides critical support by configuring and maintaining applications that enable internal and external clients to perform critical business functions related to requisition, assignment, time capture, invoicing, and reporting processes.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Provides technical support regarding the use of VMS tools, typically in a “Level 2” mode (where the Operations Team provides Level 1 support and the VMS provider provides Level 3 support).</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">• Responsible for assisting VMS Systems Analysts in deploying and implementing new MSP engagements (i.e., coordinate the day-today deployment activities; resolving issues escalated by clients, sales organization, TAPFIN operations, etc.). May also include supporting analysis, design, CVR, user acceptance testing.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">• Work with implementation team to load/validate client data into VMS application.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">• Responsible for identifying and developing VMS and process improvements for existing programs.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">• Identify and troubleshoot application issues.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">• Implement VMS configuration changes to address issues and/or to optimize/improve effectiveness.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">• Test VMS applications for any defect/enhancement releases.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">• Support System Engineer in QA and UAT Testing.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">• Perform other duties as required.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">• This role will largely focus on Beeline Enterprise and Workday VNDLY.</span></p><br><br><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the staffing or IT project services sector is required</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">• Strong customer service experience required.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">• Experience in technical support role</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">• A minimum of 1 year experience with one or more of the leading VMS tools (Fieldglass, VNDLY, Beeline, Beeline Professional) is required.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">• Time management skills are a must, as is the ability to effectively multi-task and function in a fast-paced, high performance, virtual work environment.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products – Word, Teams, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and Microsoft Sharepoint are a must.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">• Experience as part of an MSP team is a plus.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"><span style="mso-ascii-font-family:Aptos;mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin;mso-bidi-font-family:" times="" new="" roman";mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;mso-hansi-font-family:aptos;mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin;"="">ManpowerGroup is an EOE/AA/Vets/Disabled Employer</span></span></p>
