In short, We Enable Possibility℠.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b><u>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</u></b></p><p>• Accountable to develop Lean deployment roadmap that meets the desired outcomes and stage of Lean maturity.</p><p>• Influence the current state and future state, standard work implementation plan, along with impact and value of changes (in strong cooperation with business or service unit experts).</p><p>• Responsible for feedback loops & adherence to Lean standards set.</p><p>• Develop and nurture strong partnerships to understand specific business issues and priorities to effectively integrate continuous improvement into their organization.</p><p>• Serve as Lean Coach and Practitioner embedding continuous improvement focus, developing lean capabilities and behaviors.</p><p>• Accountable for realization of key outcomes and benefits defined by the BUs, functional units and value streams.</p><p>• Responsible for the consistent and successful delivery of agreed standards of Lean Management system.</p><p>• Responsible for conducting performance health checks to maintain expected standards.</p><p>• Coach & mentor PE Coach(es) on LEAN practice and tactics, and guide the evolution of LEAN playbook."</p><p></p><p><b><u>EXPERIENCE</u></b></p><p>• 10+ years of experience as a Lean management leader or 5+ years of experience as a Transformation Executive; with demonstrated success in leading transformational change</p><p>• Experience and understanding of operational management practices and objectives, including accountabilities, approaches to problem solving, industry trends and best practice</p><p>• A true business partner who can contribute strategic, operational, analytical and quantitative insights to enhance Arch.</p><p>• Lean or similar certification, or experience implementing continuous improvement principles in service <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">environments/organizations</span> (e.g., Business Agility, Lean management techniques, Six Sigma certification, etc.)</p><p>• Proven track record developing and/or implementing Lean/continuous improvement initiatives</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to effectively interpret data and measure performance</p><p>• A strong leader with the ability to develop, motivate, retain, recruit, challenge and deploy a high performing team</p><p>• Ability to build a strong network of relationships across the company, quickly building credibility and gaining the trust and confidence of colleagues</p><p>• A change agent, excellent at managing change both at an organizational level and at an individual level</p><p>• Purpose-driven with ability to influence matrix organization and passionate about collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across different levels to identify solutions and deliver on plans</p><p>• External orientation and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to identify, deliver and implement novel approaches to deliver solutions inspired by AMS best practices</p><p>• Strong business acumen and customer orientation with analytical thinking skills</p><p>• Self-motivated, prone to action, autonomous and results-oriented with ability to lead multiple complex initiatives (short, mid and long-term) with impact</p><p>• Excellent business acumen and strategic agility.</p><p></p><p><b><u>SKILLS AND COMPENTENCIES</u></b></p><p>• Diversity & Inclusion Champion</p><p>• People Skills & Relationship Management</p><p>• LEAN Transformation expertise</p><p>• Strategic, Operational and Analytical thinking</p><p>• Effective communication, listening and facilitation skills</p><p>• Insurance knowledge and strong business acumen</p><p>• Cross-functional & Matrix engagement</p><p>• Effective decision making and critical thinking skills</p><p>• Detail-oriented with a high level of personal accountability</p><p>• High Emotional Quotient and Executive Presence</p><p></p><p><b><u>EDUCATION</u></b></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree with related experience or Master’s in related field required.
