Warehouse Shift Supervisor - 1st Shift

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 5:00pm

Job Description

The Warehouse Shift Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day incoming and outgoing product flow and provides oversight for all warehouse activities and team members on their shift.

A successful candidate must be able to:

  • Responsible for working with the Warehouse Managers to ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving of all products.
  • Assist with and oversee all work that is set up throughout your shift
  • Establish and maintain designated work areas and arrange as needed, always ensure orderly and safe conditions
  • Facilitate QC procedures and execute accordingly
  • Develop reports for measurement of team performance

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Excellent time management, creative, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Must be able to delegate important tasks as necessary.
  • Capability of identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Attention to detail isa must, specifically with both part numbers and counts.
  • Ability to work under deadlines to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Self-motivated and priority balanced.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Computer proficiency and understanding.

Physical Requirements:

This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting 50+ lbs, bending, stooping, computer work, and other physical activities. Candidates should be able to meet these physical demands with or without reasonable accommodations.
