Job Description:

U.S. Bank Wealth Strategist helps clients identify and achieve their financial goals through a holistic approach. Our teams provide expert advice on wealth and estate planning, investments, banking, credit, insurance, charitable giving, and fiduciary administration. PWM also specializes in business-sale advisory and pre-transaction planning.

A critical aspect of the Private Wealth Advisor (PWA) role involves identifying, acquiring, and strengthening client relationships. This position utilizes knowledge in investments, banking, estate planning, and trust services to provide tailored financial solutions that meet the needs of clients. The PWA plays a key role in driving growth through building relationships internally and externally, with the support of a team of specialists. Moreover, the PWA acts as a representative of U.S. Bank in the community and facilitates connections for PWM's strategic partners in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recognize, attain, and cultivate relationships with clients of significant wealth and exceptional wealth.
  • Present in-depth wealth and estate planning counsel, advising on various aspects such as investment choices, banking services, credit options, insurance policies, and fiduciary duties.
  • Tailored solutions are designed by aligning with the client's specific circumstances and needs.
  • Partner with in-house professionals to tackle client demands across different specialized domains.
  • - Act as a bridge between clients and strategic partners for Private Wealth Management, fostering beneficial relationships.
  • Accelerate the advancement of sales and nurture the formation of fresh client relationships within PWM.
  • Prioritize and oversee client relationships with a holistic strategy.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Fulfillment of the requirements for a bachelor's degree or relevant industry know-how.
  • Demonstrated history of working with high-value clients for a period exceeding 8 years.

  • Skilled in maintaining connections and managing relationships, with a focus on networking and facilitating business expansion.
  • Flourishing in designated client demographics or vertical markets via cultivated strategic partnerships.
