Web & SEO Specialist job at Smirk New Media. Oklahoma City, OK. Smirk, Oklahomas original digital agency, is looking for a seasoned Web & SEO specialist to join our team in Oklahoma City. As a Web & SEO Specialist at Smirk, youll play a key role in helping our clients be found online and turn clicks into customers. You will lead the charge on website strategy, performance optimization, SEO execution and paid search all while collaborating with our strategists, designers and copywriters to bring digital experiences to life. What Youll Do Develop and execute SEM strategies for clients (technical, local, paid and content-driven) Audit websites for performance issues and identify opportunities for improvement Complete keyword research, competitor analysis and conversion tracking setup Build and optimize WordPress websites or landing pages within Divi, Shopify, LeadPages or other visual builders Coordinate with Smirks Creative Team for website design and Digital Content Specialists for website copy development Oversee and contribute to blog development, including SEO strategy, copywriting, editing and providing direction to Digital Content Specialists Manage Google Business Profiles for clients, optimizing listings for local visibility Build and manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, display and retargeting Create data dashboards in a drag-and-drop builder for reporting Collaborate with leadership, project managers and creative team on high-level strategy Delegate project responsibilities amongst the Web & SEO Team and provide direction to external vendors Guide Smirks internal Web & SEO strategy Provide community management support Support professional development for other team members Why Smirk?
