Work-From-Home Nurse Practitioner – Telehealth Weight Care (Flexible Hours | Weekday Schedule | $75/hr)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide patient-centered clinical care via synchronous video and asynchronous chat consultations
  • Review patient intake information and medical history to guide appropriate treatment
  • Manage GLP-1 medications and menopause hormone therapy as clinically indicated
  • Build and maintain an ongoing patient panel with continuity of care
  • Educate patients on obesity science, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications
  • Conduct regular treatment evaluations and progress check-ins
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation via telehealth platform
Qualifications
  • Active FNP license in at least 2–3 states from the eligible list above (multi-state licensure strongly preferred)
  • Board Certified FNP (ANCC or AANP required)
  • 2–3 years post-residency NP experience required
  • Minimum 1 year telehealth experience with sync and async care required
  • General practice and obesity medicine experience required
  • Menopause management experience preferred
  • Proficient with Zoom, Google Workspace, and Slack
  • Compatible device required: 16GB RAM minimum, Mac OS 26.0+ or Windows 11 (no Chrome OS)
Schedule & Compensation
  • $65–$75/hour
