Brand Ambassador & Video Creator – eCommerce/Print-on-Demand (Screen Recordings + On-Camera)

We are an established Print-on-Demand (POD) platform looking for a charismatic, articulate, and tech-savvy Brand Ambassador to become the face and voice of our user education content.

In this role, you will create a series of "How-To" and tutorial videos guiding our users through our platform's dashboard. These videos will be featured on our official website, YouTube channel, and across our social media channels.

Note: The brand name will be kept confidential until the interview stage.

What You’ll Be Doing

Recording Tutorial Videos: Creating engaging screen-share walk-throughs combined with on-camera "talking head" segments (using a picture-in-picture format or cutting between the two).

Simplifying Tech: Explaining platform features clearly and concisely. Initial topics include:

How to connect marketplaces (Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Squarespace, etc.) to our dashboard.

How to manually and automatically create orders.

How to set up and automate order fulfillment.

Creating listings and publishing them to marketplaces.

Representing the Brand: Bringing energy, professionalism, and trustworthiness to the camera as our brand ambassador.

Required Qualifications

Native English Speaker: Exceptional, clear spoken English with a friendly and professional tone.

On-Camera Confidence: Comfortable being the "face" of a brand. High-quality camera, lighting, and microphone setup are required.

eCommerce Knowledge: Solid understanding of platforms like Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, or Squarespace. Familiarity with the Print-on-Demand industry is a massive plus.

Designer/Artist Background (Preferred but not a deal-breaker): Because our platform serves creatives, it is a huge advantage if you are a designer, artist, or digital creator yourself, as you'll intuitively understand our users' mindset!

Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly learn our software dashboard and explain it to beginners.

Video Production Skills: Ability to record clean, high-definition screen captures and sync them with high-quality audio and video. (Basic editing skills to cut out pauses/mistakes is required).

Project Type & Deliverables

This will start as a milestone-based project for the first batch of videos, with the potential for an ongoing, long-term partnership as we release new features.

Final deliverables will be clean, edited video files (MP4 format) ready for publication.

How to Apply

To be considered, please submit a proposal including:

A brief summary of your experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, etc.).

A link to a portfolio or video sample showing you both on-camera and doing a screen recording/tutorial.

Your estimated rate per finished minute of video, or your preferred fixed rate for a standard 3-5 minute tutorial video.

To prove you read this entire post, please start your proposal with the words: "Hey, I'm your next ambassador!"
