What You’ll Do

  • Represent business and individual clients before the IRS and state taxing authorities.
  • Review tax transcripts and financials to identify the best path to resolution (Installment Agreements, OICs, CNCs, etc.).
  • Communicate directly with the IRS and state agencies to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our case team to ensure each client’s file moves forward efficiently.
  • Earn commissions for new client engagements and rebilled work you oversee.
What We’re Looking For
  • Enrolled Agent in good standing (CPA also considered).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—you can explain complex issues simply.
  • Strategic thinker who can handle multiple active cases at once.
  • Minimum 2 years of tax resolution or representation experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
  • Professionalism, accountability, and commitment to client success.
