Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating communications between patients, providers, and internal departments.
  • Assist in claims processing, billing inquiries, and updating patient and provider information in healthcare management systems.
  • Respond promptly to phone, email, and online inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Prepare reports, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
  • Support healthcare teams in coordinating patient care, referrals, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless administrative workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.

Experience
