[Remote] Digital Marketing Manager

Meso Scale Diagnostics, LLC. is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the company's digital presence and execute integrated marketing programs. The role involves collaboration with various teams to generate qualified pipeline and revenue through strategies in digital media, analytics, and campaign management. Responsibilities Build quarterly digital plans aligned to strategic campaigns, personas, launches, and revenue targets Create campaign briefs with objectives, audiences, messaging, and KPIs Architect accounts, keywords/audiences, bids, and experiments; optimize for CVR, CPL/CPA, and pipeline Drive web strategy with focus on conversions Build/test pages and forms using marketing automation platform and run A/B tests to maximize KPIs Manage nurturing, scoring, routing logic, and deliverability Collaborate with Campaign & Events Manager to execute internal webinars Develop and execute organic and paid social media strategy, collaborating with Marketing Communications and Product Marketing on content Manage GA4 and GTM configurations, conversion events, and QA; ensure accurate pixels across channels Maintain attribution and taxonomy (UTMs, campaign naming); partner with Salesforce/CRM and Commercial Operations on dashboards (Looker Studio/BI) Report weekly/monthly on CTR, CVR, CPC, CPL/CPA, MQL/SQL, pipeline/revenue influence; translate insights into next actions Ensure compliance with brand, claims, and privacy (GDPR/CCPA/CASL); manage cookie consent and data hygiene Collaborate with Product Marketing on audience/offer/message fit and content briefs Coordinate with Campaign & Events to design and execute digital campaigns and event promotion Collaborate with Commercial Operations on marketing automation Skills Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience A minimum of five years of hands-on digital marketing in B2B experience Experience with marketing automation (Marketo/Eloqua/HubSpot), Salesforce/CRM, A/B testing tools (VWO/Optimizely/Convert), and a modern CMS Proven ability to scale qualified traffic and pipeline while improving efficiency Expertise with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, GTM, and SEO tools (Ahrefs/Semrush/Screaming Frog) Strong analytical skills; comfortable building dashboards and making data-driven decisions Excellent copy instincts for ads, LPs, and emails; basic HTML/CSS familiarity a plus Demonstrated propensity to be creative, collaborative, proactive, and self-motivated in the execution and completion of assigned accountabilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, demanding and deadline driven environment Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as the ability to handle complex situations and demonstrate sound judgment and problem solving Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities and issues of varying complexity, while meeting time-sensitive deadlines and deliverables Life Sciences preferred Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with prescription benefits 401(k) plan with company matching Flexible spending accounts Company-paid short- and long-term disability insurance Group life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance Paid vacation Paid sick leave Paid holidays Paid parental leave Employee assistance program Fitness club membership contribution Pet insurance Identity theft protection Home and auto insurance discounts Optional supplemental life insurance Employees may qualify for a discretionary or non-discretionary bonus in addition to their base salary Company Overview Founded in 1995, Meso Scale Discovery (MSD) is a global leader in the development, manufacture, and commercialization of innovative assays and instruments for the measurement of molecules in biological samples.
