They are seeking a seasoned Dynamics Business Central Functional Consultant to lead full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC solutions, ensuring effective solutions that meet clients' needs. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end implementation process of Dynamics NAV/BC, from requirement gathering and analysis to configuration, testing, and deployment Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional specifications and system design Provide expert guidance on the capabilities and limitations of Dynamics NAV/BC to support clients' business processes Configure and customize Dynamics NAV/BC modules to fit business requirements, including financials, trade, inventory, sales, purchasing, and operations Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support in resolving any issues prior to go-live Deliver training to end-users and ensure the successful adoption of the new system Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics NAV/BC updates and best practices to ensure solution longevity and client satisfaction Work closely with technical teams to design and implement integrations and extensions Provide post-implementation support and guidance, assisting with upgrades and continuous process improvement Skills Proven experience in full lifecycle Dynamics NAV/BC implementations In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its modules Strong understanding of business and accounting principles Ability to create high-quality functional documentation and system designs Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders Ability to work independently in a home-based setting, with a disciplined and proactive approach Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, IT, or related field Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly desirable Benefits The chance to work with an industry-leading company that is part of the Microsoft Inner Circle.
