Responsibilities Own Imagen’s Technical Talent Portfolio Drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-impact technical roles ranging from Senior Software Engineers to ML Researchers to Engineering and Product Leadership Partner with Engineering Leaders Act as a trusted advisor to CTO, SVP of Engineering and Head of Product. Don’t just take orders; leverage market intelligence, tech talent trends, and data-driven insights to shape role requirements and search strategies Execute Technical Sourcing Go beyond LinkedIn.
