Senior Construction Manager

The Senior Construction Manager is responsible for managing the on-site implementation of project deliverables in order to maintain project safety, schedule, budget, design accuracy, and QA/CC control of the project. This position includes base salary + OT (up to $24-72k yearly) + per diem for travel expenses + company vehicle. </span></p><p><span style="">The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year.. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. </span></p><div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="overflow-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="margin: 0px;">What you’ll do:</h2> </div><div><p>The purpose of this position is to provide Construction Management expertise in Electrical, Civil, Structural and Mechanical aspects of large turnkey construction projects. This position is to provide Construction Management expertise to teams of designers, engineers, project managers and contractors. </p><p><br><strong>Skills and responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style=""><strong>Project & Construction Management:</strong> Lead large‑scale, multi‑trade turnkey projects, including contracts/subcontracts, scope changes, schedules, estimating, and AIA documentation.</li><li style=""><strong>Financial Oversight: </strong>Review, track, and maintain project financials, including budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and variance management.</li><li style=""><strong>Safety, Quality & Compliance</strong>: Manage comprehensive jobsite safety programs and QA/QC processes while ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance.</li><li style=""><strong>Design, Efficiency & Delivery</strong>: Partner with design teams to deliver cost‑effective solutions, improve contractor performance, and execute contingency plans across multiple projects.</li><li style=""><strong>Reporting, Controls & Technology:</strong> Maintain document control, as‑builts, punch lists, progress reporting, and support adoption of emerging technologies such as microgrids and advanced power systems.</li></ul><p><strong>NOTE:</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="">A typical schedule for a construction manager is around 50-60 hours a week during outages and construction. With this schedule we typically see $2-6k per month in OT which equates to about $24k-$72k per year on top of standard salary. This format makes sure you are paid for all hours you work and are NOT working 60 hour weeks four times a month.</li></ul></div></div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="overflow-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="margin: 0px;">Qualifications:</h2> </div><div><p><strong>Basic Qualifications: </strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="">BS in civil, structural, mechanical or electrical engineering from an accredited institution with minimum of Ten (10) years of Turnkey/Construction experience; OR</li><li style="">AS in civil, structural, mechanical or electrical engineering from an accredited institution with minimum of Twelve (12) years of Turnkey/Construction experience; OR</li><li style="">In lieu of degree, minimum Fifteen (15) years of Turnkey/ Construction in a construction management role</li><li style="">Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
