Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

  • Evaluate patients to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training
  • Restore mobility, strength, balance, and overall physical function
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery goals
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
  • Ensure compliance with safety and clinical best practices
Qualifications
  • Active Indiana Physical Therapist (PT) license
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree required
  • CPR certification required
